Cuatro encapuchados lo interceptaron y lo subieron en una camioneta gris sin placas y con vidrios polarizados, le pegaron en su cara con pistolas y lo amenazaron con matarlo si no les daba nombres y direcciones de miembros de la Resistencia, el viernes pasado.
Se salvó de milagro y hoy cuenta la historia porque no sabe cómo logró escapar con vida, después de haber escapado. Al pretender quitarle la capucha a uno de sus secuestradores, logró empujar una de las puertas de la camioneta en la que lo llevaban y saltó a la calle para después salir huyendo hacia un solar baldío donde se escondió de sus atacantes.
Tróchez ha sido víctima constante de hostigamiento por pertenecer a la comunidad gay y lésbica, policías y militares le han acosado, capturado y amenazado con irlo a botar a La Montañita, un lugar que en la década de los ochenta fue utilizado como cementerio clandestino y botadero de cadáveres. Me siguieron en la calle Real hasta que me subieron a la fuerza a la camioneta
La noche que fue capturado Tróchez llegó a la calle Real a repartir condones a las mujeres transexuales porque ellas no tienen y corren el riesgo de ser infectadas.
Cuando estaba repartiendo los condones llegó un compañero de nombre Gerardo a quien le dije que se fuera porque corría riesgo y yo conocía la zona, pero a los diez minutos algo me movió a salir rápido de allí, empecé a caminar por la calle Real y cuando iba a inmediaciones del Parque la Libertad sentí que me seguían.
Aunque al principio no le dio importancia al hecho, muy tarde se percató que estaba siendo seguido, al pretender cruzar una calle un hombre salió por la parte de atrás de la camioneta , lo encañonó y lo obligó a subirse al vehículo, el cual a pesar de haber retenes policiales no fue detenido sino que los agentes le abrieron el paso.
Eran cuatro hombres todos encapuchados, uno manejaba, otro estaba a la par mía y los dos que estaban a los lados del asiento donde me tenían, describió.
Como pensó que se trataba de ladrones, Walter les manifestó que no andaba dinero ni celular, pero el tipo que estaba a su lado izquierdo le dijo “cállate maricón hijo de p… que esta m… no es nada de eso.”, al querer enseñarles un pasaporte donde identificaba su nombre ellos le expresaron “esa m… ni la enseñés que no nos interesa, ya sabemos quién sos vos”.
Relató que le empezaron a agredir verbalmente, “yo empecé a hablar también, les pregunté que para dónde me llevaban y uno de ellos me quiso dar un puñetazo en la boca pero me lo esquivé y me dio en el pómulo izquierdo”.
Los tipos estaban muy enojados y otro de ellos le advirtió: Cerrate el pico ya nos tenés hartos, te nos escapaste le primera vez esta ve no lo vas a hacer ya sabemos que vos sos de los derechos humanos, te llevás jodiéndonos, te vamos a matar hacete a la idea que no vas a salir vivo de aquí, esto me alarmó tanto, allí entendí de que se trataba, ellos pensaban que yo manejaba direcciones y nombres de la resistencia”.
Denunció que lo llevaron por la zona de Belén y varios lados más, además que se paraban en las esquinas para agredirlo en la cara porque no les daba la información que buscaban.
El carro tomó por la calle Real y yo pensé que había un retén militar y que eso iba a ser mi salvación, pero no fue detenida, más bien los policías se apartaron para que la camioneta pasara y las patrullas que encontrábamos no procedieron a detenerla a pesar que se miraba sospechosa, describió.
E hombre que iba manejando tomó su celular y habló con alguien que aparentemente era de mayor jerarquía porque le hablaba con mucho respeto, y le dijo “este maricón no puede hablar qué hacemos con él, de mi parte yo le hubiera dado un tiro pero tenemos que tener la línea suya , el tipo habló como seis minutos, cuando colgó miró para atrás donde yo estaba y les dijo a los tipos que me custodiaban que me ataran y que me iban a ir a matar que yo no les servía de nada, agregó el afectado.
Las ansia de vivir lo llevaron a forcejear con ellos, el tipo que iba a mi lado derecho me dijo estate quieto hijo de tantas, no te nos vas a volver a escapar, aquí vas a salir muerte y te vamos a matar , entonces le quise quitar la capucha al que iba al lado izquierdo mío, le dije si me vas a matar por lo menos te quiero ver el rostro por eso te quiero quitar la capucha, a cambio recibí un golpe con la pistola que me hizo sangrar bastante.
Ya cuando íbamos cerca del seguro social del barrio Abajo el que conducía brequeó porque yo iba pateando a los de atrás, el miedo que tenían ellos era que les quitara la capucha, aproveché eso sucedió y quité el seguro no sé cómo y caí a la calle.
Pero que iba a mi lado derecho me agarró de la pierna izquierda para volverme a meter pero me logré soltar y salí corriendo y me vi la camisa que iba completamente lleno de sangre en la camisa, me quité la camisa y me sentía que estaba sangrando mucho y pensé que me iba a bajar las defensas puesto que soy portador de VIH, pues me fui a un solar baldío cerca del Parque La Concordia, que estaba oscuro, solo escuché el ruido de la camioneta y yo estaba boca arriba porque me estaba desangrando, prosiguió mientras recordaba las escenas que mantuvieron en vilo su vida.
Según Tróchez quienes lo quisieron asesinar son agentes, “ellos saben dónde yo vivo porque en agosto militares me capturaron y me quitaron la identidad, a la par que me amenazaron de irme a botar a la Montañita”.
El defensor de los derechos humanos de la comunidad Gay Lésbica consiste en ir postas policiales cuando hay compañeros detenidos “y me encontrado con comisarios, oficiales que me han amenazado”, concluyó.
Varios compañeros de Tróchez han sido asesinados en lo que va del golpe de Estado, los organismos internacionales de derechos humanos conocen la situación tan vulnerable de esta comunidad, hace unos días Human Rigths llegó al país , se reunió con ellos y denunció en conferencia de prensa la preocupación por la vida de los activistas. Su experiencia en la defensa de los derechos humanos lo llevó a interponer la denuncia ante la Fiscalía de Turno, donde el fiscal se rio de él y cuando solicitó un examen forense en principio se lo negaron porque adujeron que no atendían ese tipo de casos.
